Returning Your Order
In the rare case that you wish to return your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns. To qualify, the hydrogen water bottle must be unused (for hygiene reasons), in its original packaging, and returned within 60 days of the purchase date.

To begin the return process, please email us at [email protected]. Our support team will provide you with the return address and guide you through the next steps.
Please note: The return shipping cost will be Bone by the customer.

A dedicated customer care representative will inform you in advance of your refund amount and answer any questions you may have.

Returned items that fail our inspection may only be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return products deemed ineligible for refund or exchange.



Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


No cancellations are allowed once the order is in transit
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled while in transit. You may request a return only after you have received the order.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer returns or refunds for the following:

  • Lifetime Protection Plan
  • Warranty purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Charging cables
  • Apparel (e.g., clothing, hats)
  • Bottle protection sleeves
  • Shipping or handling fees

Refund Process
All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation from our customer care team. Please allow 3โ€“5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

A 15% restocking and recertification fee will apply for all returns. This will be clearly communicated to you via email by our support team.
