Please allow 1โ€“2 business days for our team to process, pack, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For U.S. & Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 8โ€“12 days
    Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take longer.

For International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 6โ€“14 days
    The carrier used for international shipping may vary depending on the fulfillment center location.

Note: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. If a product is out of stock in our North American warehouse, we may fulfill it from our European or Asian warehouses to avoid delays.

Shipping Delays:
While most packages arrive on time, external factors such as natural disasters, weather disruptions, or global events may cause unforeseen delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


HOW DO I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Once your item ships, you will receive tracking details via email. Some items may ship from different warehouses globally, depending on product availability.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order if the order has not been shipped.

To request a cancellation, email us at support@hydrohealth.pro with the subject line: โ€œPlease cancel my order.โ€ Be sure to include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.
Once shipping is made, cancellation is not allowed.
